An old man tries to write down his life story before he's buried by a sandstorm.
The attached link was my final project for NYU's Sound Image class. It finds a middle ground between short story and poem. Originally a screenplay.

MAGIBELLE
Magibelle is dealing with personal problems that she's not willing to share.
This was my most experimental film project. It was entirely filmed from Magibelle's point of view.
Our actor was credited for the lead role and director of photography position, since she acted with the GoPro helmet on the entire time.
Magibelle was a bold project that succeeds in establishing a tone.
CLIPPED WINGS
On the journey to Eagle Scout, discrimination gets in the way. Clipped Wings is a documentary I co-directed that tells the stories of those most affected by the Boy Scouts' ban on gay members.
We partnered with GLAAD to organize an effective release for the film. It currently has over 200,000 views on YouTube.
MEMORY
A robot deals with loss. Stop motion film that I wrote and co-directed, made in under two weeks.
This project conveys an incredible amount of story in its minute and a half runtime. I worked closely with our character and set designers to tell a subtle story through body language, set design and simple expressions. There is no dialogue.
Through the lens of a loveable protagonist, this is a small story about big themes. Technology, mortality, love and grief.
